As a Coach, Speaker and Certified Maxwell DISC Method Trainer with The John Maxwell Team, I firmly believe that as creatures of the Creator we have all the answers within us to enable us accomplish what we were put here on earth to do.
As your Coach, I will ensure that I listen attentively to you and then ask you powerful and provocative questions that help bring clarity and enable you to arrive at a place where you can clearly define what success means to you before you create a plan of how you will live out your definition of success. I will start by ensuring that you have a clear vision of your destination based on the values that guide you in life.
I will always come from a position of service with the sole aim of contributing to the your pursuit of success and fulfilment.
As a participant in the coaching process, please be ready to take action because, action is what will produce your desired results.
I offer options guaranteed to ensure that each of my clients gets the plan that suits their current situation. Whether it is the Individual or the Group Sessions, I promise to be your trusted guide and always in your corner as you start the journey until you arrive at your desired destination.
About Your Coach
Rosette is a wife to her best friend Benjamin. Together they are raising two beautiful souls. Ephraim and Esther-Joy.
In the market place, she is a Coach, Speaker and Certified Maxwell DISC Method Trainer with The John Maxwell Team. She has qualifications in Law, Business Administration as well as Human Resource Management and Development.
She believes that in order for us to succeed and thrive in the 21st century we all need to clearly define what success means to us and then live life according to that definition.
Rosette also knows for sure that we also need both temporary and permanent anchors as we navigate the journey of life. Some of her temporary anchors include listening to music and podcasts, exercise, frequent selfcare and serving others. Her permanent anchor is the relationship she has with Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Saviour. She knows that without Him she cannot accomplish anything.
In her book, The Expatriate Wife: Did Relinquishing My Career Mean Losing My Identity? she shares her personal journey to discovering that her identity is not rooted in what she does or possesses. What she knows for sure is that because we are creatures of the Creator, we are enough and that is what matters.
Her life mission is to empower individuals to use their skills and abilities to live a simple, productive, and fulfilled life. She also works with organizations and helps them use their core competencies to achieve their goals and objectives.

I recently concluded a master mind study with Rosette using John C Maxwell’s book Developing The Leader Within You. The 10 weeks engagement was one of the best investments I have undertaken for my personal and career growth. The intimacy of the group and Rosette’s patience and willingness to listen and encourage all to make a contribution in the group took away my fears as an introvert and I must say I was always quick to make a contribution and be heard.

At the onset of the year 2021, I was greatly privileged to attend a Leadership mastermind with coach Rosette. Prior to that we had a vision board session to outline my big audacious goals for the year. I am grateful I took time to plan for the year as it has enabled me to achieve a number of things.
I have been able to complete my first book, ‘Legacy’. I have also been able to partner with other people and NGOs and engage in community service including Rotary where I am a member as well as the African empowerment hub.
In addition, with the guidance of my coach Rosette to invest in two projects that are dear to my heart, improve my Christian life and do a Christian programme with Kings Church International (destiny training and life class) which have helped me grow spiritually.
I was struggling to lose weight but because I put pictures on my vision board where I had mapped out what I wanted to do and achieve from the start, I have been more consistent with my walks and as a result, I have shed off 5kgs+, I feel happier, lighter and better.
I have also seen results in my career. I have been able to grow through the regular consultations, reflections and check-in and hand holding from Rosette on what I set out to do. I have also made progress with my further studies.
This year, I have also been able to start my own blog. I have always been passionate about writing so this is a big dream come true. I enjoyed the mastermind on John Maxwell’s book, ‘Developing the leader within you 2.0,’ where he observed ‘’developing yourself to become the leader you have the potential to be will change everything for you. It will add to your effectiveness, subtract from your weakness, divide your workload and multiply your impact’’.
For sure on my own I may not have got the results I got for this year. I am grateful for, the invaluable lessons, check-ins, and coaching. Having an accountability partner has enabled me to achieve what I have so far.
2022 is here, let us set our plans afresh! Thank you Rosette.
